Processing Time Orders are processed and shipping labels are created within 2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Times Estimated delivery times after processing:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high demand periods.

Shipping Carriers Orders are fulfilled and shipped by our supplier partners. Carriers may include USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other regional carriers, depending on your location and the supplier.

Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after the label is created.

Multiple Shipments: If your order contains items from multiple suppliers, you may receive separate shipments with separate tracking numbers.

Lost or Stolen Packages: Tash'e Aura is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. If this occurs, please contact your local carrier and reach out to us at [your email], and we'll do our best to assist.

International Shipping: At this time, we ship within the United States only. International shipping availability may vary — check at checkout.
